Lovelycat, I believe we spoke last night in the chat room. You need to find SOMETHING that interests you. To say "what should I give my oral presentation on?" is just too wide a question to ask us. You may as well go to an encyclopodia set, close your eyes and grab a book, and with your eyes still closed, open it up and put your finger on a page, and pick THAT.

What interests you? Elephants? Hermit crabs? Song birds? Antique cars? The ancient Greeks? The current conflict in [pick a country]? The rise of of Tudors in the British monarchy?

Anyway, welcome to the forums.
