It is present perfect of the verb have:

I have eaten three times today.
I have seen that movie
already.

I have had strong support from my parents = I have received strong support (from the past until now) from my parents.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

thank you.

so, from the past until now the action is still happening?

is it correct if we say "i have had breathing?"

No. Have does not collocate with breathing (that is, those two words are not normally used together).

I have never breathed Arizona air.
I have had a breath of fresh air ( = I have had a new idea/experience or I have just been outside).

These are all verbs in the present perfect aspect.  Have is used as the auxiliary verb.  In #3, have is also the main verb:

1.  I have eaten three times today.
2.  I have seen that movie
already.
3.  I have had strong support from my parents.
4. I have breathed deeply of life.
