I have to study extraordinarily/extra hard this weekend to pass the final exam because I've been lazy and careless with my studies all semester.

Hi,

Do both "extraordinarily" and "extra" work in the above and mean about the same? Thanks.

My try:

Studying extra hard is okay but extraordinarily sounds strange to me. It sounds to me as if you would try to study upside down. Big Smile [:D]
