That's where you give them a list of about 20 questions, like this. You can adjust it to their English level and their background.
Find someone who speaks more languages than anyone else here
Find someone who has the longest name.
Find someone who has never eaten a Big Mac.
Find someone who can drive a truck.
Find someone who has voted in an election.
Tell them they have to do this by asking each other questions and writing down names.
It sounds hokey, but you'll be surprised at how much people like it
They learn about each other, and each other's names as well.
