Hi!

I'm preparing for the IELTS test and i have written this letter, but i don't know is it good or bad.

Can you please correct it?

This is the answer for general training task one. Thes question was:

You borrowed some books from your school or college library. Unfortunately you have to go away to visit a sick relative and cannot return the books in time. Write a letter to the library. Explain what has happened and tell them what you want to do about it.

Thank you very much in advance.

Amazone

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in connection with a deadline. My name is Amazone and I am one of your members. My library card number is 123456.

My problem is that unfortunately one of my closest relative got sick, and she asked me to visit and help her around the house.

As this case was urgent, I had have no time to return your books before I came here to Scottland. And I will not be able to return them in time, because I have to stay here for like an other month.

I would ask one of my friend to return the books, but accidently I brought my library card here.   So, I can return your books when I come back to London. If it is not accaptable for you, please give me an alternative solution.

You can connect me on my mobile phone number which is  00 123 4567

Thank you in advance.

I am waiting to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerelly,

Amazone
