In order to achieve this goal, seniors should leave their job at the age of 65 or more. Secondly, it is crucial to keep employed as many people as possible, because of the decreasing birth rate in the most developed countries. Otherwise, some countries can face a crisis since there will not be enough working people to maintain the young and the elderly. Furthermore, the higher age of retirement would save a lot of money in a budget, as a result of the lower number of pensioners.
