Soosh: Listen, if you're gonna bust me, do it, but don't subject me to your stupid sense of humour.

Felx: Hey, I caught you shoplifting. I can force my stupid jokes on you all day long if I want. I could do Benny hill till closing, and yo couldn't do anything about it. That's how tough I am, baby!

The above is from the movie "Changing Habits." I'm not very sure of the parts in bold.

Does "bust me" mean "arrest me" or "report me to the police?"

Second, does "subject me to your ..." refer to "force me to listen to your stupid jokes?"

Last, what does "I could do Benny .." allude to? Thanks.
