imperative vs. subjunctive

Hi,

Is it that we can make subjuctives mainly by adding wording like 'I suggest', 'I order', or 'I demand' to the types of the following imperatives?    

Imperative form:

Pick up the trash. (Sure, this is in a second-person mode.)

Subjunctive modes: (Sure, the following are in the third-person mode.)

I suggest he pick up the trash.

I order he pick up the trash.

I demand he pick up the trash.

Sorry, what do call the words in parentheses? Clause? Wording? Phrases?

Are these correct subjunctives?

I ask that he deliver this box now.

I ask that this box be delivered now. 

I insist that he deliver this box to him now.

I insist that this box  be delivered now.

I think you cannot use the same sentential structures for many verbal?? types.   

we can add the noun forms of the urgency verbs/adjectives to the list given by Yankee.

For example: recommendation

It was the recommendation that he be there on time.
