When speaking of a business or a business website, should you use "its" vs their?

"Their" is a possessive adjective. You use it when you want to say that something belongs to something else, like, "their website" (the website belongs to them)

It is a kind of universal pronoun, not commonly used to refer to people. You could say, "It is their website." Or "When I visited their website it (the website) was... (whatever)"
