I want to improve my English speaking and listening skills

I want to improve my english speaking and writing because while i reading newspaper in one sentence i stop reading because in one sentence there are such word which i cannot know the meaning  i open the dictionary find the word what is it means but so much words are like that which i want to find out the words

FOR EXAMPLE : THE THEORY THAT MEDIA VOYEURISM SENT MURDEROUS PANIC SURGING THROUGH ADNAN'S KIDNAPPERS IS GAINING CREDIBILITY WITH EVERY PUBLIC RATELLING.

doesnot known the meaning which i underlined that word.For that i conitnuously open my dictionary which i want to find it find difficult for me

Like that there are many sentence comes after that which i donot know the meaning of such hard word for myself 

AS I ALSO WANT TO SPEAK ENGLISH IN OWN WORDS

 I DONT HAVE FRIENDS WHO SPEAK IN ENGLISH IF I HAVE FRIENDS WHO CONTINUES FLUENT SPEAK IN ENGLISH,THAN LITTLE I CAN IMPROVE MY ENGLISH AND HE SUPPORT ME TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH

I JOINT THE ENGLISH COURSE THIS MONTH BUT STILLI FIND DIFFICULT

You could visit www.lotuslearning.com for more information on how to get a nice program to help you learn Spoken English. However, having a little experience in the feild I could recommend a product called Business English or Linguaphone 21. Both are products designed to help you learn english with a global accent.
These programs are not free of cost yet though. But I think for the benefits you get, they are very resonably priced.

Hi Guys

Just want to share some tips to learn english in faster way. Eventhough all of us are grown up adults don't be shy to buy some little kids story books to improve yourself.I have done that several time where i learned alot of new simple words where i did not know all the while. Please start from simple rather going for some high standard books. Get a small note book and write down all the new word that you have learned everyday and try to revise quite often when u have free time.Eventually u can remember the word and u tend to use it in your daily life. 

Please correct me if you found any grammer mistake in my writing....i'm still learning ......
