I think you should listen to the radio a lot, or watch TV (BBC, CNN, ...). You'll learn a lot of vocabulary and "catch" the pronunciation too.

hi samaha,

Don't worry defenately I'll  help you

First you have to habituate to speak english  wether it is wrong or write, and you have to accumilate vacabulary and practice simple english sentences.

Daily you watch english news channels like NDTV, BBC and listening the pronounciation carefully  and obser the reader's lip movement. You must read English news paper loudly. It helps you to get rid off your fearing complex.

All the Best

hi samatha,

I am not a very good person to suggest you though i just wanted to let you know that there are so many people out the world whose english is not very good. By reading your letteri knew one thing that  your english is not bad at all. All you need is just support, try to speak with your friends in english only , and tell them to correct you if u speaks any mistakes at the same time don't be ashamed to correct your mistakes and keep on working out it will help you out i strongly believe.

All the best for your future.

Warm regards,

Sahithi.

Hi all,

I just want to add something. Is it of good use benefiting from watching movies with no subtitles at all? I mean I have a movie archive and I make an effort to watch a movie at least one in a day. Besides, do you have any special suggestion that might be more useful in terms of the way the language of the movie? For instance is south park a good choice?

I highly recommend these websites if you want to improve your English pronunciation .

http://www.voanews.com/specialenglish/index.cfm
Voive of America English learning

http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/
BBC English learning

http://australianetwork.com/learnenglish/
Australian Network English learning

You could listen to the recording while reading the text . I would recommend you to use the parroting ( parrot is a kind of bird that imitates others sound )  method. That is , hit the pause button and repeat what has been said .

All the best . I 'm an English learner too. Good luck!Big Smile [:D]

Because you are appearing for interviews, you needs to improve your communication skill in a short span of time.  Therefore, for a quick result and improving your confidence in your Engilish conversion, you have to take English Speaking Classes from any reputed institution in your area.
