Hello everyone!

I was reading the lyrics of a song and came acroos this sentence.
I know what each word means, what I don't understand is the meaning of the sentence..

"In all of the noise I am silence" - Does it mean that despite you, everything/everyone is being noisy? Tongue Tied [:S]

I am a centre of calmness surrounded by noise.

It might be influenced by this

Breathe through the heats of our desire
