Hi,
Mary thinks Lisa doesn't have her priorities in line and accuses her of being self-absorbed.
Does anyone know what 'her priorities in line ' means here? It means that Lisa does not have her priorities in order, ie she does not know what she wants to do first, second, third, etc. I'd say a more common form of this is to say 'She doesn't have her priorities lined up (properly)'.
There's also the idiomatic 'She doesn't have her ducks in a row'.![Smile [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif)
Best wishes, Clive
