A woman was found fatally shot in the head [in the woods/in a wooded area] in Cleveland, Ohio Sunday.

In news, which choice is better? Or are they different in meaning?

Thanks in advance!

.
Same general meaning, but 'in a wooded area' is the usual journalistic phrase.
