I presume you mean 'right' as the antonym of 'wrong'; in which case, their treatment is the same:

'Right' and 'wrong' can be used informally as adverbs (and come after the verb, where 'rightly' and 'wrongly'--which are more formally correct-- can often appear either side of it). They mean 'correctly' and 'incorrectly' respectively.
