Hi,

My friend is planning to make financial management information system to a local consultancy firm. Hence, he has written below letter... say inquiry letter. What about this.

Dear Sir/ Madam, 

 

With reference to your meeting regarding preparation of Financial Management Information System for your consultancy firm/ organization, please find attached out line of elements of the system.

 

The two highlighted elements including Networking and Data server in the attached file are the part of entire system but optional at your end. Services charges for these two elements will determined separately.

 

Please go through the out line and feel free to contact for any query you have.  (This line (closing para not sounds good)

With reference to your meeting regarding the preparation of a Financial Management Information System for your consultancy firm/ organization, please find attached an outline of elements of our suggested system. - this is a bit confusing. Did he have a meeting with them? In that case it should be 'with reference to our meeting' and he should address it to the person he saw, not just Sir/Madam. If he did not have a meeting with them it is odd to refer to one. Did he discuss it with them on the phone? 'With reference to our telephone conversation...'. If there was no prior discussion with them, how does he know they had a meeting? 'With reference to your requirements regarding'.
