Dear sir/Madam,

Suppose a person has raised a loan and he has to pay it in 5 years with a condition that he will pay in   monthly installments regularly. So while informing our higher authority I wrote as:

The installments are being paid as per terms & conditions.

I would like to know whether "being" is used correctly.
