Integrating the TOEFL essay score

Hi there,

Greetings, I'm new on the forum!. I've found this site while searching the web for English resources, specially one question regarding TOEFL.

I made a TOEFL trial and my predicted score is in a wide range since I don't have the score for the essay part. I already asked some teacher to score my essay, but how do I incorporate that grade into my final score?

I've been searching high and low but cannot find a place that explains the exact calculations used. Can you people help me on this one?.
