I get a puzzle about the Internal Structure of the Word “disagreeable”.That is , "disagreeable "has three morphemes, dis-, agree and -able. So, how can they combine to the word "disagreeable"?

dis-+agree=disagree   →+-able=disagreeable or agree+-able=agreeable →dis-+agreeable=disagreeable? what is your opinion?and why?

Dis + agree + able = disagreeable.  No puzzle-- there are no restraints on priority.  All four words exist simultaneously:  agree, disagree, agreeable and disagreeable.

agree+-able=agreeable →dis-+agreeable=disagreeable

... because disagreeable doesn't mean able to disagree; it means not agreeable.
