I think here, General English Grammar questions forum, is wrong place to discuss such questions.

This one and your other questions can be debated better on Linguistic Discussion Forum, http://www.englishforums.com/English/LinguisticsDiscussionForum/Forum35.htm

I think Bayazgul is asking the differences between YES-NO questions and WH-questions.

Plain Statement.
         [1] It is big.
There is only one YES-NO question for #1.
Is it big?  Yes, it is big.
There can be more than one WH question for #1.
How big is it?   It is bigger than this universe.
Why is it big?  Because it is just in my dream.

In Japan today even dogs are learning how to bow-wow in English.
