What does this idiom mean? I see this idiom from the instruction of AXE deodorant bodyspray. The context is like this:
Warning: Not for intimate use. Avoid spraying in eyes and excessive inhalation. Do not use on broken skin. ...
BTW, is this product of AXE deodorant bodyspray popularly used by men as perfume popularly used by women? Or it is just used by men to get rid of unpleasant odors like armpit odor.
Thanks.

I don't know if this brand is aimed at men or women. Yes, it helps to control boy odour, but also has an element of perfume. People normally use something made specifically for armpits, in their armpits.
Now, to your main question, it means that you shouldn't use it in intimate areas (genitals).

Hi,
What does this idiom mean? I see this idiom from the instruction of AXE deodorant bodyspray. The context is like this:
Warning: Not for intimate use. << Don't spray it in places on your body that only your doctor or your spouse usually see. Avoid spraying in eyes and excessive inhalation. Do not use on broken skin. ...
BTW, is this product of AXE deodorant bodyspray popularly used by men as perfume popularly used by women? Or it is just used by men to get rid of unpleasant odors like armpit odor. I believe it is advertised as a product for men. 'Axe' is seen as a masculine kind of name.

Hi nona, do you mean this AXE product is used by people for general purposes instead of getting rid of armpits odor? Is this product popular in your place England? It is popular in North America.
Anyway, thank you very much for your time.

I've never heard of Axe specifically, but that doesn't mean it might not exist here. I don't go shopping for mens deodorants.
There are many other brands of deodorants for armpits and most men and women use them (I hope).
There are also many brands of body perfume/deodorants that are mainly aimed at women, but you do get a few mens ones too.

Hi Clive, are you in Canada now? It seemed that you were in USA, right? Do you think this product is used by men for giving good impression or feeling about themselves to others, as women using perfume? Thanks.

I know that in another few decades, it's likely that "body spray" for men could perhaps be as popular as perfume for women, but right now, I still think it's a little silly. Perhaps it's their daft commercials that make me feel that way.
What's the difference between this and after shave or men's cologne?
