Tom was so weak that he could not walk.
→（inverted)→So weak was Tom that he could not walk.

So, if I make it negative as:

Tom was not so weak that he could not walk.

is this inversion also possible?

Not so weak was Tom that he could not walk.

Only in poetical/choice language, perhaps. Too strange these days, IMO.
