Hi,

Could you please help me write an Invitation Letter to one of my business associates inviting him to India for a meetimg with the local clients. I believe he needs the letter to get the Indian visa.

Dear Mr XXXXXXXX

We would like to invite you to visit us in [month/year] in order to meet the representatives of  [name of company]. As you know, we have been working with them for a while now and we feel that your presence is required in order to clarify some minor points of contention. They are valued clients, and your input will be of considerable benefit in furthering our mutual interests.

Please confirm as soon as possible that this is convenient for you. Once we have this confirmation, we will let you have an itinerary for your visit.

This is the sort of letter I would have written. You will need to write a letter suitable to your own business and situation.

Dear Mrs Edeltraud,
