The English forum is not usually for advice. But sometimes is it good to write down your problems to see a possible way forward..
You have a lot going on in your life - school, work, bodybuilding, and likely other activities that you have not mentioned. You have to look at where you spend your resources - like time, money, and energy. Then ask yourself honestly: At this phase of my life, what is most important to me and why? What is not working? What can I change? It helps if you write your answers down, so you can think about them, and see them clearly and objectively.
For example, you might rank your job as most important because you need the money to live. But you might be able to change the hours you work, the number of hours, or the days of the week. You might be able to cut the hours and live on less by making and keeping a budget.
School might be second in importance because it is an investment for the future and a better job. But if you fail school, then you have wasted resources (time and money) doing this activity. What can you change? The number of classes? There are always tradeoffs, because if you take fewer classes, then you will have to go to school longer.
Sleep is important, too, because without enough sleep, you will fail at the other important activities, and hurt your health too.
Ask the question for all your activities, and then it may be clear to you about what changes you really want to make. The changes might be hard, but keep the paper you have written and read it again when you have doubts about your decisions.
All the best!
