Otherwise, the sentence is a bit awkward, but the removal of the second "as" would only make your sentence even worse. You could reword your sentence this way: Your colleagues dislike a dirty toilet as much as you do. Or this way: Just as you dislike a dirty toilet so do your colleagues. Yankee
