We should not cross the road when seeing the red light.

Don't forget to use a capital letter at the beginning and a fullstop/period at the end.

I prefer it put this way:

We should not cross the road when there is a red light.

We should not cross on red.

We should not cross the road when the light is red..

Hume said that if we had perfect or complete descriptive knowledge of reality, we could not, by reasoning, derive a single valid "ought".
