The problem is that there isn't only one method that teaches you to speak fluent English. So the 'the method' is incorrect. So you don't want 'a' method or 'the' method, you are looking for a good method, or an effective method, or a cheap method etc.

Also, 'method to speak' isn't really what you are asking. The method to speak anything is to open your mouth, form the shapes and blow out your breath ;-)

Speaking English fluently is not just about knowing the right methods. There are many facets of English one needs to go through before fluent English can be achieved.

To begin with, correct grammar is a must. Pronunciation, proper sentence structure and mother tongue accent also play role in the fluency or the lack thereof.

Hi Yong

May I make an observation?

A modal verb is never followed by an auxiliary do.

May do not is incorrect grammar.

I was just highlighting his errors with regard to capital letters and spelling. Other members were also answering his question. So I was complementing the other members by highlighting the errors.

Of course, I know that May do not  is incorrect.
