Is it OK to say the following?
1. Is it hard for you to find here?
2. Is it hard to find here?
3. Do you have any difficulty in finding here?
4. any other better suggestions.
Thanks,
______
here refers to the place I live.
Hi,
For all of these, you need to use past tense. The 'finding' was in the past, in the present you are 'here'. Also, in grammar you don't find 'here', you find a place or 'your way' or 'where I live'.
any other better suggestions. Was it hard for you to get here? Was it hard for you to find your way here?
Best wishes, Clive
Hi Clive,
What about the following:
1. Was it hard for you to find where I live? Was it hard for you to find my place/house?
2. Was it hard to find where I live? Was it hard to find my place/house?
3. Did you have any difficulty in finding where I live? Did you have any difficulty in finding my place/house?
Thanks for your suggestions.
All of these are perfectly fine.
How about these:
do u find it hard/difficult to get here?
do u find here with/without much difficulty?
is there any difficulty for u to find/get here?
Did u find it hard/difficult to get here?
Did u get here with/without much difficulty?
Was it difficult for u to get here?
Don't forget to use past tense!
Best wishes again, Clive
