To me alternative version of above sentence sounds more correct.
alternative version: You know exactly you are against what.
Please you tell me which one is correct.

I don't know how you got the idea that your alternative is more correct, but I can tell you that it's not only wrong, it's Atrociously wrong.
The correct structure is : Do you know what you are up against?
