Hello! I'm translating a page of our corporate website from Russian into English. Could you please tell me if there are  any grammatical mistakes in the text below? If something doesn't sound natural, please let me know either :-)

IGNITION is an automobile magazine, which means our audience is interested in modern cars and everything concerned with them. At that it's not just interested. A substantial part of our visitors are potential buyers of new vehicles. The other substantial part of our visitors are car owners, who (as is well known) are far more potential buyers of new vehicles. The audience of IGNITION is more than a million people a month. It's more than a drawing of the majority of well-known paper automobile magazines taken together.

We take orders for placing graphical advertisement on the pages of our magazine and (in less quantities) on its cover. Since we live in Russia and our magazine is in Russian language the prices are in Russian rubles (VAT exclusive). Minimal order is 28 000 rubles. We offer discounts to our regular customers. And to advertising agencies too.

Hello Feebs! Thank you very much for your answear. It is really very useful for me.

At the moment I'm working on the next part of the page, which is about our requirements to graphical banners. And I have the same questions. Is my translation correct? Does it sound natural?

Banner Requirements

File formats: GIF and FLASH

Dimensions

Max Size

480×90

240×180

20KB

240×400

480×180

30KB

100%×60

40KB

Those banners which don’t have borders look more beautiful and those which are not animated look even better (besides they work better).
Banners cannot contain annoying animation, grammatical and orthographic mistakes, they also must comply with Russian legislation.
The link for FLASH banners should be written in the on-release handler (on (release) { }) as follows: getURL(banner_href, "_blank"); so that our system could count the clicks correctly. In that way after clicking on the banner the link will be opened in a new window.
It’s a button which should be an object for the handler. Please draw your attention to the absence of the inverted commas in the first parameter, it’s very important. To do so, you should switch the entry field into the expression mode (‘=’). Here’s the explicative picture (Macromedia FLASH MX):
[picture]
When publishing or exporting a banner, install FLASH-player 6 or lower and ActionScript 1.0.
