 It would be all right if you have used the proper adjective of Germany (German).

 

I have an expensive small red German sports car.

 

Since all the adjectives that modify the same noun (Car), it is possible to write them without a comma between them.

I find it just a little more natural to put the "expensive" before German. A small red expensive German...

 I may be tempted to the commas, though. ...small, red, expensive German sports car
