Note: There are no tricks to this puzzle. No underground tunneling systems. No "tying" pipes together. No coming up with your own ideas.

This is a straightforward puzzle with one rule: Get Light, Gas, and Water to each house with out crossing lines. Draw it out on a piece of paper and give it a try!

If this puzzle has been posted please give me the link. Thanks!! And have fun!!

Uh, that's not the answer. You can't go through the house!

Ok i have been doing a bit of research on this, and apparantly it cannot be done, unless the graph or drawing is 3 dimensional.

Have a look at the link below, this explains it better.

Correct!! This puzzle is not solvable!! I have tried for years and no one I know can do it. When I first found this puzzle, it stated "Try it if you can!"

I have to disagree, there is nothing in the original question that means the answer @
http://puzzles.nigelcoldwell.co.uk/twentysix.htm
is invalid.

You can't simply state. You can't go through the house. It's a perfectly valid solution to the question as asked.

The fault may be with the way the question was asked, but the answer is valid.

Going through someone else's property is not allowed.

I remember looking at this problem long before the Internet was invented. One possible solution was drawing around the back of the paper.
