Is this sentence clear? Does it have any grammatical mistakes?

It is clear and correct.  Some might question the use of the infinitive (to be) but I find it better than just plain 'be'.

As implied above, the "to" is optional, as it always is in the pseudo-cleft construction such as you have here.
