Is the following sentence correct?

Isn't this the picture in which we were supposed to make weird faces 'cause weall (sure) are (sure) making one or another anyway (some exceptions, of course)!

 .

It's OK only as casual communication.  As an acceptable sentence in any carefully-written piece, it is a dismal failure.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

No, it's not correct.

Isn't this the picture in which we were supposed to make weird faces, 'cause most of us were making some funny ones. (You can't all make one face, and "another anyway" just doesn't make sense. Some exceptions would mean that you aren't all making faces...and it's an awkward place to put something like that. Plus, you asked a question and ended in a exclamation point rather than a question mark.)

A better way to say it: Were we supposed to make weird faces in this picture? We sure are making some crazy ones!
