It don't impress me much.

Does this sentence make sense at all?
Is it ever used in everyday conversation?

Firstly it should have been"doesn't" not "don't"..

He---> does

She--->does

It---> does

I--->do

We--->do

You--->do

They--->do

And secondly,I prefer to say "It doesn't arouse my interest.." Wink [;)]

"Don't" is used in non-standard English for "doesn't".

Sometimes you find it used jocularly in standard English.
