In this case, would "just" be the adverb and "I" the predicate nominative, or, "just me" be the adverb phrase modifying "it"? Are both legal forms?

' me ' is universally accepted form in this context. Grammatically, it is supposed to be ' It is just I ' . So both are correct I guess
