It's not possible to say if it is a right answer, because you have not said what the question is.  Your header is in itself is a statement even though you have placed a question mark at the end.


Are you just asking if the header material is grammatically correct as a statement?  If so, then yes, it is grammatically correct.


Otherwise, can you restate your problem or question?
