Obviously slang; we'll need the context.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

From the recesses of my mind which may well be very unreliable, I seem to remember the combination of 'jump, juice and jive' - something to do with the early days of bunny-hop, jive and rock and roll.

'jump juice' is also a slang term for coffee and the name then developed into several different types of stimulant drugs, such as speed - later it got toned down into the name for high-energy drinks like Red Bull.

From a Google search it's also used in fantasy gaming as something you have to collect and use for sudden fast manoevres, as a guess.

Lastly though without any sort of evidential support, I have a vague memory of it being used for the name of high-octane fuel, which is doped with various additives, used in dragster racing.

That may all be stuff and nonsense and I'm quite happy to accept that I'm wrong - but if noone else knows anything better, it may help.

Google also shows that it's the name for a racing yacht and has been used for some sort of high-energy cereal bars, which I've never heard of.
