As you can see here:

http://www.otsuka.co.jp/poc/

the company uses 'Keep you best' in its ads.

Does it really make sense?

No, the slogan doesn't make sense. See this article for how it got its rather interesting name.

Good.

So how would you make it sound natural?

“So how would you make it sound natural?”
To answer that, one would have to know the intended meaning.

Let me give you a more extreme case, to illustrate the point:

"Very even going happy with so effort waves also together."

How would you make that nonsense sound natural?  Big Smile

Are you saying that it's such a nonsense that you can't even tell what the intention is, Jim?

“you can't even tell what the intention is”
Right.  Keep you best says nothing to me.  I would have to play a guessing game to figure it out.

We (the company) do the best we can for you?

You (the customer) should do the best you can for yourself?

Keep the best thing for yourself?

This product makes you feel your best?

Keeping it for yourself is the best thing to do?
