Keyword engineering: Science for Google

If you have a website and want to be in the first page of Google' s related search page, you know what I mean by keyword engineering. I've occasionally found following website and think it is very helpful: www.geocities.com/allkeywords 

Using a language effectively means sometimes finding appropriate keywords !

the website didnt say much, but swamped with ads.
imo, google has its own page rank algorithm which is hard to crack, its backlink operator didnt tell much how it works under the hood.
