Dear Tecahers

Are these sentence good:

What kind of prince comes unattended? ( type: question, mood:  in wonder) Am I right?

What kind of prince that comes unattended.  (What does this sentence mean? does it mean the same as the one above) Is it even correct?

"I know what kind of person did it"     OR      "I know what kind of person who did it"  (which is correct)

Thanks

What kind of prince comes unattended? Correct.

"I know what kind of person did it" Correct.

The other sentences are ungrammatical. Also: Are these sentences correct?
