I've heard that most Korean women undergo cosmetic surgery, probably in order to make themselves look more attractive.
Meanwhile, Christians account for around 30 percent of the population of the country.
(If my memory serves correctly, Catholics make up 10 percent of the population and Protestants 20 percent.)
I can't get this.
The teachings of Christianity seem to demand that humans accept themselves as they are.
For example, they claim that human cloning should be forbidden for this reason.
Similarly, other reproductive technologies are forbidden.
Considering this way, I can't understand why most Christian women in Korea undergo cosmetic surgery.
I'm afraid that what they're doing is against the teachings of Christianity.
