Hi,

When a hotel company owns and operates many hotels under the same name, it is said to be a chain of hotels. eg The Hilton Hotels.
Each one could, I suppose, be called a chain hotel.

We also speak, for example, of a chain of stores, and of a chain store.

Best wishes, Clive
