Microsoft text-to-speech voice has been installed by default, but few people take advantage of it, now there is a freeware at www.panopreter.com that reads file in different languages such as English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and more, very helpful in learning languages. Another useful function is that it also generates MP3 files for the reading. In my personal experience, it's a great tool for language learning.
