no one can pick up a language, especially its spoken form overnight, it takes time, lots of mistakes and embarrassment. just don't let go, keep speaking it, like ur learning ur own native language when u were still very young. it took u 3 years to learn ur native language, it takes more for a second one. and keep listening to the radio, urself exposed to the native tone of english.

I can show you the way to become a person who speak english fluently

In your country, you can meet american or english or canadian etc.

you can talk to them , then you can ask them how to speak english fluently.

I used to talk to them.

and then my listening is good

and my speaking is not good like them but it's enough because I'm a vietnamese.

that's all I wanna advise .

Good luck to you .....Big Smile [:D] Big Smile [:D] Big Smile [:D]

In order to understand something said in English, first you should know the meaning of the words spoken, and of course the structure of the sentence. But even then you won't understand much of what you hear as native speakers speak really fast as is the case with your native language. In spoken English, some words are pronounced as if they were just one word. An untrained ear cannot discern where a word ends and another starts. Grammatical words, such as prepositions, certain helping verbs etc., do not carry stress. For example, "a cup of tea" is pronounced as /ıkapıvti:/ without interruption. You should learn these rules. And finally you should do listening in English as  much as possible.

To be the master of English, you must use a English-English Dictionary such an Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionay. It is good for you
