Good day!

In lieu of my 4 days vacation leave that will take effect on January 21 up to January 24, 2009, I would like to ask permission from your good office for the assistance of Ms. Ivy Par, who is our auxiliary BAO to take over in my absence.

I am very confident that she would be of great help to our team.  Meanwhile, whatever pending jobs that I am up to I'll make sure that I will properly endorse it to her.
