To whom it may concerns,I wish to apply for 1 month (30 days) unpaid leave effective from 19th April to 18th May, 2009 inclusive.My hands have eczema and getting worsens. It is very painful and itchy. I need a long period of rest to avoid wet work in order to get recover. Hence I will like you to approve my request.Thank you for your consideration.
