I was very affected the day I got the news from my other sibling that my dearest sister was  in a very delicate condition in the intensive care unit, where she had been rushed due to pneumonia and diabetes complications.   Because of her unstable medical condition, I needed to stay at home to check up her status from time to time to keep my sanity.   I am asking for your understanding regarding why I took a long leave.
