Im looking for a sample letter for leave of absent from the boss granting my 1 month vacation.

Welcome to the forums!
Here the community does not write letters on request. However, if you post your draft of the letter, you're likely to get excellent suggestions from native speakers and teachers,
You could start by reading some threads about leave letters.
