Respected Trustees,

As I am undergoing treatment for infertility, doctor has recomended me to go for IVF treatment where she has  strictly advised me to take complete bedrest for one month. I request kind approval of trustees to grant me one month leave from 15th may and 15th june .

I assure you that I will cordinate the activities of the institution at any time. I will be available on phone and internet.
